Data Access Page on intranet - no numeric data??

Hi guys, I have a question that is making me tear my hair out. Basically we've got a couple of Data Access Pages which effectively just display reports on the user's browser. Problem is, some of these reports won't return any numeric data for some users. All the grouping levels are displayed (the text data), so they are definitely getting some data out of the database, but the actual numbers and subtotals are NOT being displayed.

Has anyone even seen this before? I've checked all their security settings on IE, and can't see any difference between theirs and mine, and I can't reproduce the problem on my machine, no matter what I do.

You have checked their IE security settings (how about other IE settings) but what about firewall/anti-virus settings as well?

Thanks for the input, have checked and double checked all the settings I can think of but to no avail. It's strange because some of the data is coming back, just none of the actual numbers. Very strange...
