I need to create a macro in Word that takes the value from a user form textbox, opens an excel spreadsheet, searches column A for user text and then returns the values in that row back into Word (so they can be placed in bookmarks).
I'm OK with the start (getting value from user form) and the finish (pasting values in bookmarks), but like any good story I'm stuck with the middle bit :dunno
What do I need to do to launch a specified worksheet, do a lookup and copy back the values?
