Edit Chosen Field(s) in a record

I have a form, based on Table A; I open this form at a chosen record and WANT to edit one or more fields and then save the changed record. What happens is I get a completely NEW record!

Answer to "Edit a chosen Field"

I guess I overdid it! I had opened the form in "edit" mode, but "Saved" it the data useing ACCESS'S "Save" button (Th Wizard). All I needed to do was enter/edit the data and then simply CLOSE the form. Live and learn!



Sometimes that's the best way to learn. Glad you figured it out.
