Afternoon All,
I hope someone can help me.
I am currently designing a report in a database that I have. It is in column format and only takes up a small section on the left side but over multiple pages. How can I make it all fit on one page and not over the many pages that it currently is?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Is t possible to either post a zipped copy of the database on here for us to look at?
Or at least a screen shot of the report so we can see what it's format looks like?

OK, it is not obvious why it going over multiple pages other than the fact that you have a lot of rows of data.
There are 3 things that you can do to improve the situation.
First take some of the space out of the detail section so that the rows "close up" a bit.
Second Use a much smaller Font in the fields so that you can close the rows up even more.
Third print the columns side by side, to do this you have to work in the Report's "Print Preview" and select "Setup" and then "Columns".
You can set more than one coulmn and whether they go across and then down or down and across.
