Attaching the file:

It must be zipped. If using Windows XP, right click the file --> Send To --> Compressed Folder. Then by clicking the 'Post Reply' or 'Go Advanced' you will be taken to the post page. From there, scroll down until you see the button 'Manage Attachments'. Click it. Click the 'Browse' button, click the file, click Ok. Be sure to click the 'Upload' button after that. Give it a few seconds and you should see your filename pop up there. There is a limit of about 244 Kb (or something like that).
