Progress.dll not found

Hi all,
I'm trying to find a .dll File which helps excel with Progress Indicator.
I've seen it explained on a website that this Dll loads in the code for a form to be displayed while excel is working, a bit like an installer progress bar.

I looked in my Windows directory but i cant find it.

any help with finding the file will be very userfull.

I made this progress bar for use in the excel statusbar, it has the advantage of being totally code based. Use it if you like.
