I was wondering if it is possible to filter the pivot cache based upon a certain column. Eg. I have one column that has AT0000 (Where 0000 is always a different#) and also has CRN0000. I would like to create a pivot table just using the CRN Numbers? I know I can sort and then Hightlight Them but I want to be able to use it to add only items that are negative in the profit column also (In a different Report)
