Create custon toolbar with inbuilt commands in PPT 07

Hi,
I am working on a PowerPoint addin and I need to create a toolbar within my Tab in the PPT Ribbon which has buttons to the PageSetup button etc...

Also how can i add an icon to my buttons in the Ribbons XLM?
