New Section for Articles

I just finished adding a new feature to VBA Express. This is a seperate place for articles to be posted. You may have seen some of the articles that members have posted to the Articles forum, but this new section offers many more features than just another thread.

Go to http://www.vbaexpress.com/forum/articles.php and check it out. I still have a lot of stuff to do to set up the categories and icons and what not, but it is fully functional now.

To submit an article click the "Submit an article" link and fill in the form. One of the really nice features is that you can include images with your article. These images will be shown as thumbnails that a member can click to view.

You can also easily view the latest articles, or view them by category or author. I will add categories for all the MS Office apps shortly. I think I will also add some for different programming languages or general PC tips and tricks. I am also open to suggestions for other categories. How about a game section (GameCube, PC, Playstation, XBox)? If you have any ideas let me know.

If you want to write an article and there is no category that it fits into, just let me know and I will add a new category.

If you have already written an article please re-submit it in the Articles section.

For now, articles will not be immediately posted. They have to be approved first. I may change this later if I can ever find the setting.
