Macro: go to a specific line in the message

I'm italian and I don't say very well english...

Can I take you a question?
What is the VBA code to insert in the macro for go in a specific line of message (OUTLOOK)?
for example, I have in the head a signature that occupy 4 line!
I would automatically position, with macro, the coursor on the line 5 for start to write a text.

Another question: what is te code for delete a empty, white line? for example delete a line 1 of message that is before my signature?
