How can you remove the address bar in IE7?

In Internet Explorer 6, you are able to hide the address bar from display as a control within the application, accessible via right click. In Internet Explorer 7, it is not an option via right click, and I have not been able to find it anywhere else.

Full screen display takes it off the screen, but it goes into auto-hide mode and re-appears periodically as you hover near the top of the screen, but I am looking to actually turn it off during training
