Exporting into XML from a sheet, and then updating an another sheet using a XML file

And the problem I get is in short:

"Compile error:

Can not find project or library "

It highlights "Chr" near the number (10, in MyLF) in blue, and the "Sub MakeXML_New ()" procedure in yellow.

I am relatevly new to VBA programing, soo I could use some quality help.
