VBA drop down and he internet

Hello all

I have a simple problem and I am sure that it should be doable!

1. I want to go to a particular website
2. retrieve all of the drop down 'names' in the drop down box and then
3. store them

thats basically it. ideas?


i.e. in more detail

I want to go to the following site: www raceresults.co.za/personal_selection_page.php?year=2012&seq=D
and do the following tasks:

1. retrieve all of the races listed in the drop down menu and save it some where - in excel
2. then retrieve all the races with 'BOL' in it
3. and then go to each of those sites in turn
4. results will appear in a table
5. these results should then be saved into excel
