I general bother you guys for help with excel and have little knowlege of ppt other than the basics.

my aim is to create a sort of emulator to provide an interactive turorial for users in a customer service environment to better understand the mobile phones that customers ring up requiring assistance with.

ive tried googling this, but the word emulator gives the impression i want to play console games on a phone etc so im struggling to find what i need.

could anyone point me in the right direction of any good sample files, websites etc?:think:
