I have a bad Outlook pst file. I have tried to run Scanpst.exe and all I get is "An error has occurred which caused the scan to be stopped. No changes have been made to the scanned file." Not sure where to look now. Outlook will not recognize the file in its condition.
Ideas?
Outlook stores user information in form of PST file. These files are important part of Outlook. Recently I also faced this issue.
