Highlighting all row with same date

I needed a formula to work in Conditional Formatting to highlight all rows of data with the same date.
I use a macro to copy tracking numbers from a worksheet to a database. Each tracking number is on a row with the date in column A and there can be over twenty to thirty in a business days’ time. The users have requested each row of data with the same date be highlighted by date to make it easier to find information when needed.

The ideal result would be, row 1 – 3 would be highlight with a color and row 4 – 7 would not be highlighted or another color.
