PPAM doesn't appear on Mac with PPT for Mac 2011

Hi there,

I'm not sure, if this is the right part of the forum for my problem, so please excuse and let me know, if not.

I have built a PPAM with my own VBA macros on a Windows machine and everything works fine there. Now I gave it to a friend with a Mac, his PPT version is PPT 2011 for Mac and my PPAM is not appearing, or let's say it is not visible.

What he did to install it:
He saved it to Applications:Microsoft Office 2011:Office:Add-Ins
He opened PPT and went to the developer tab
He clicked "Add-Ins"
He clicked "Add new" and chose my PPAM
He clicked "Load" and closed the window

Obviously it is in the recommended folder, as it appeared in the list, but it doesn't appear in PPT. After closing and re-opening PPT it still isn't there. We repeated the installation steps, but it was already shown as loaded in the list, but still not appearing in PPT.

I have written the whole PPAM for PPT2007 and for PPT2010, (so in fact we tried to install two PPAMs,) but there is no difference, both do appear in the list, but not in PPT itself.

Does anyone know this problem and - even more important - how to solve it?
