Save files from an Outlook SharePoint list via VBA

One of our clients uploads their reports to their SharePoint site for us to download. I have connected our reporting mailbox to their SharePoint site and can see the list of reports in SharePoint list folder. Is there a way to save certain reports (Excel files) from one of the SharePoint lists VBA?

I can do it manually by double-clicking the file name in the SharePoint list folder but would like to automate this when certain new files are uploaded to their SharePoint site.

We get a mail to confirm the reports have been uploaded so I was thinking of running the script from receiving the email via a message rule.
