Opening and Closing PowerPoint using VBA

Good Day,

I have 2 powerpoint presentation... Menu and Sub-Menu. What I would like to do is the following:

When the menu presentation is opened and the user clicks on the Sub-Menu presentation the Menu presentation must close.
Within the sub-menu presentation, the user has the open to go back to the Menu presentation.
If the menu presentation is clicked then the menu must open and the sub-menu must close.

I am using shapes to perform the hyperlinks to open either menu or sub-menu, but would like to achieve the above.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Is there a way to identify whether a specific shape was clicked and then to close the presentation
