I generally use a mapped drive for the back end of my databases. It makes setting up multiple users a bit easier, and I'm not tied to naming conventions when computers are replaced (my users are generally too small to have a server). However, sometimes Windows does not re-establish the mapping when rebooting.
Can I check the mapping through Access when I startup my application, and automatically re-map it, or can I force Windows to re-establish the drive mapping?
