Can I control which slide is used during import slide?

So I get a Word document (which I can edit) that has a reference text, paragraphs, questions and answers.

Is there a way to control (through outline view in Word) which of these text types get imported to specific Master Slides?

So, a reference line would import to just a vertically centered slide, a paragraph would import to a title and textbox slide, & question and answers would import into a big textbox.
