"Hiding" part of timelime

Hi

I dont know if this is possible but it would solve a big issue to me:

I have a gantt project representing some tasks in May/June 2009 and the others from Jan 2010 to May 2010. So theres a big calendar range with nothing palnned (from July 2009 to December 2009).

Is there any way to hide that space (or setup a different time scale for that space) when I print the view?
