Print Several Copies with different header title ( word document )

lets say i have a document like this below

Name ***

Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star


Twinkle, twinkle, little star
How I wonder what you are
Up above the world so high
Like a diamond in the sky
Twinkle, twinkle little star
How I wonder what you are

When the blazing sun is gone
When he nothing shines upon
Then you show your little light
Twinkle, twinkle, all the night
Twinkle, twinkle, little star
How I wonder what you are


i want to print about twenty copies of this to PDF ( or any format that can be saved on computer ) but i want the Name *** to be different on each copies , lets say John , Mary , Eric .............. should appear as name *** on different copies , any VBA idea ?

You should look at performing a mail merge and just create twenty mail merge documents and print them

oh , sorry for being so dump , i innocently asked that question because i have never used mail merge and never knew what it was meant for , but your answer prompted me to search and learn what mail merge is and that's exactly what i was looking for .
