Formfield default issues

I have been working on an issue here: http://www.theofficeexperts.com/foru...ead.php?t=5240, with formfields restoring their defaults when performing data validation in vba. I was hoping that somebody may have seen something similar in the past and know of a workaround.

Any input or recommendations would be appreciated.

A solution was provided by the moderator at the other forum and the solution is listed on that posted. Thank you to anyone whom may have reviewed this issue.
