What is the best way to link a cell in Excel to a % complete cell in a task in MS Project?
I use Excel dashboards to keep track of high level progress for multiple projects but use MS Project for the work breakdown structure and scheduling. I would like to link different roll up task % complete to cells in my dashboard and have it dynamically update as I update MS Project. Any suggestions?
