How to print a form made in excel - VB?

Hi Guys;

I just joined today and I am helping this charity to create a form, where they can enter data through a form. I have made the basic form but there are few things I need help with. I am not familiar with coding but just getting help fro net.

I have attached the screenshot. I need someones help who knows how to create forms in excel.

How to generate automatic ID for members?
How to print form for a member? (Members pay £5 for two years)

I have some other questions as well but please help me with these first.
