VBA to attach file to Lotus Notes Email template and save to drafts

Does anyone knows how to attach a file into an email template of lotus notes and save to drafts folder without sending it?

Have you tried creating stationary? Are you essentially trying to save a template (with an attachment) that you're trying to send multiple times?

I have Stationary which we used for reporting. The macro should be able to attach files into the stationary and just save to drafts without sending it.

The reason why it should be saved to drafts folder is that the user needs to add comments/remarks to the report.
