hi all,
when i save my workbook that i am writing code on, temp files are saved in the same spot and dont go away so i end up with LOTS of them.
how can i not have this happen? i know excel uses temp files for back up reasons.

What does same spot mean? Same directory as the file or all in one place on your hard drive?
in the same directory as the workbook. i think it may have something to do with my antivirus---trend micro. found that ref doing a google on it.
