Compare emails in two subfolder

Hi Team! I need help automating a manual process in outlook. I have two subfolders in my inbox, one of them receives request for transmission and after its success, the success message goes to another sub folder. Both the email subject contains transmission code. And, I have to double check everytime to ensure a request isn't missed. This whole process is manual and takes up a lot of time. So, is there any way I can automate this process?

I am thinking of comparing the transmission code that is included in the subject of the email but I'm unsure how.
