set From on "New Email" click

Hi everyone, this is my first post, so apologies if I don't provide needed information.

I'm running Outlook 2019 on Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise, 64 bit.

what I would like to do is have Outlook set the "FROM" field to blank when someone clicks the "New Email" button (forcing them to choose an email before they hit send), while I've found events to use for clicking "Reply" and "Forward" I can't find anything for "New Email"

I know there is the forceaccountselection registry key that is supposed to do this, but apparently that only works if you actually have multiple accounts set up in Outlook, and my company usually just links the mailbox in Exchange and it's in Outlook, but not an account you can select so the registry key does nothing.
