Visual KPI in ribbon showing number of overdue tasks

Hi, I am trying to create a visual KPI on my ribbon in Outlook which shows a graph displaying the number of overdue tasks, number of tasks due tomorrow, etc. The key here is that I don't want a list (that is already possible without coding); it has to be a bar chart just showing the number of tasks.

I've been using VBA for several years now, but can't figure this one out, or find any questions about this in any forums. Does anyone know how one would go about doing this?
