Assigning a value to the specified cells?

Hello,

I have some value in a range A5:A23

Here user will put his required value in B1 & B2.

The vba should be able to search for the value "X" in range B5:B23

Next step is to put the percentage values in decreasing order, in column "C" as given in the example.
