"&T" in the header

I'm using Excel 2003 and need to put AT&T in the header. When Excel sees &T it places the current time in the header. Any way to turn off the short cuts or a work around to get AT&T not AT2:00 PM?

I've tried coding it and formating it, and looking at setup in Print Preview but no help.
