VBA macro for conditional formatting of emails using email addresses list

Hi,

I use Outlook 2013.

I work on multiple reports at a time. Mails for each report are categorized in separate folder(nested under Inbox) of outlook using rules.

For each folder\Report, I receive emails from various stake holders. I receive email addresses of these stake holders at start of project.

Can we create VBA macro which will use this list of email addresses and apply conditional formatting (like different color) for emails from each stakeholder.
