How To Change The Border Color Of A Group Box? Except 3-D Shading?

I researched on Internet to find a way to solve it but i couldn't found anything around 2,5 hours.

The question is same the topic of this thread :

How to change the border color of a Group Box
(View | Toolbars | Forms | Group Box)?
(Except 3-D shading?)
(And/Or: Is it possible via a VBA code?)
