    Autocomplete mail address

    Dear All,

I am having Microsoft Outlook 2000. How I can use the autocomplete mail address when typing starting characters in "To" field as like we do in Outlook Express.

    Thanks in advance.

Pretty sure it's in the same place in 2000, but in 2003 go to Tools-Options-Preference-Email Options-Advanced Options.

"Suggest names while completing TO, CC and BCC fields"

Actually, I checked this at home on my Outlook 2000 and it's not there. What Outlook 2000 does have is the ability to look for an address, so if you put "John" in the To: field, it should look for all Johns in your contact list. If there is only one, it will fill it in for you. If there are more than one, the name John should appear with a red underline, and if you click (right-click?) on it a list of suggestions will appear for you to choose from.
