    number style in template

My template uses 5 levels. The only difference between numbered levels 4 and 5 is an increased indent. I'd like to be able to change a level 4 item to a level 5 item by pressing tab, but the bullets and numbering interprets this changing the number to a lower case letter. Is there another number format that will allow the indent but preserve the numbering?
FYI Alt+1-5 should change the text to the required levels.

    If I hit Alt+5 I get a club...puppy dog track...as in king of clubs.
I do like the toolbar(Bill Production) to change the style.
How would you remove it(the toolbar) from the new document on close or save..? In case you wanted to send the file instead of printing it.

    Hi Steve
I dont understand where the is coming from. Regarding the toolbar etc. I don't have to issue this as a doc. so I've never thought about it. I send the output as a pdf which gets around the problem.
