How do I position a floating toolbar?

Hi everyone, quick question (hopefully):

How do I set the position of my toolbar every time I enable my add-in? Right now it opens in the center of the screen, and I would like to put it somewhere else so I don't have to keep moving it every time I start powerpoint.

[edit:] -- Or better yet, to remember the position they had it the last time so it goes back to that spot when they reopen PowerPoint. That would rock.

Ok, I'm dumb. I figured out the first part of my question. If someone could help show me how to remember the position that would be great.
