Can someone help me solve this issue pls?

I have created a workbook to help organize my task and list of things to do and set up all the data for the fields in a filter mode. The list/task are set up inside a bordered blue line which filters each field. Though the PROBLEM that I ran into is that the "Undo" button does not work within the blue border line box. Why? When I click outside the box the undo button works but not inside the box. Is there a way where the "Undo" button can work inside and outside?

There are some functions that don't support an Undo, and certain times and actions that can't be "undone"

...if the blue border is a filtered list (Advanced Filter or Auto Filter), I don't think Undo works in the typical fashion it would.
