Mark incoming mail as specific category

How can I mark mail coming from specific people as a specific category when they com in? I already have a rule setup to where it moves them to a specific folder. On that rule, I can see where to clear the categories, but not where to apply them. This is one of two rules where messages are moved into this specific folder and I would like to have the messages from this rule marked under a specific category.

    I am using Outlook 2007.

Maybe I'm missing something but there is an option Assign categories based on content when you use the Rules wizard.

Maybe I'm missing something, how about explaining yourself. I do not see anything like that.
On that rule, I can see where to clear the categories, but not where to apply them.
I've been looking in the rules and can see where to clear it, but not where to apply it. Make sense? Do you have Outlook 2003 or 2007 to check?
