Solved: Store Application.Vlookup Value in Array?

I tried to store a value into an array from v.lookup which brings back a number, however on the userform, I get 'Sub or function not defined' any ideas?

VLOOKUP only returns a singlevalue, so why do you need an array?

Post the code that isn't working with a better descriptin of the problem.
