Restrict Data in Cells

I have two columns of data, one is category and the other is equipment number. I have a data input sheet (Sheet1) and would like to validate the data on the tab labeled supplier , category is in column E and Equipment number is in column F.

Would you be able to post a small sample of what you're after? It's much easier than trying to visualise the structure of your workbook.
