I want to collect some common fields in my list. In detail, Lets think that I have one list of daily expenses, from that list I want to collect a particular type of expenses. How can I do this? Help me!

What do you mean by 'collect'?
Perhaps SUMIF or COUNTIF?

Let's say you have several columns (date,description,categorie,amount)
For categories you have : home, car, gas, water, electricity ...
With autofilter you can filter on categorie and/or any of the 4 columns.
