Menu bar on a User Form

Is it possible to have a menu bar on a user form created for MS Excel? I have available in the Toolbox controls like buttons, combo boxes, list boxes, text fields, but I don't see any option to add a menu bar in my user form.
I want my user form to have a bar at the top of it with options like "File", "Edit", "View", "Help", etc.
I'll appreciate any help you can provide.
