    Solved: Table customisation thru Pivot Table

    Is there any way to get thhe deired result shown in Result sheet of attached file thru Pivot Table.

    If you are just trying to remove the Grand Totals, you can do this when stepping through the Pivot Table Wizard by selecting Options and removing the ticks for "Grand totals for columns" and "Grand totals for rows". If your pivot table is already created, right-click anywhere on the table and select Table Options, and remove the same items.

    No, instead of that 1 in data area of PVT i want name of person such as either a, b or c.

    Is it possible to do it. If not by PVT either by lookup or match??

    This is pretty restricted, as it assumes that you are only going to have 1 person per month per region, however you can do this with a lookup - see the attached.
