i want to insert in colum B the missing value in range from column A based a B1 to C1...
started from B2 insert value from 45000001 to 45000080, 45000082 to 45000107, 45000109 to 45000149... 45034946 to 450040000
naturally for test use only the first 8 digit of value in column A
