open outlook template form

1.when i am trying to access outlook template form stored in shared folder on remote machine onto my local machine it is opening as normal task form instead of customized outlook template form.what is the problem?how do i solve it.
any idea as how to solve would always be welcome as i am new to oulook environment

Hi Lalitha,

Please follow the below procedure to open a Outlook Template File (*.oft) .

Open Outlook

Go To Tools -->Forms-->Choose Form
On Choose Form wizard --> Select Option "User Templates in File System" --> Click on Browse --> Select the location of your OFT file-->Select your OFT File-->Click on Open button.
