Solved: Update Links

Dear Experts

When I open workbook, it show following message

This workbook contains links to other data source
-If you update the links, Excel will attempt to retreive the latest data
-If you do'nt update the links, Excel will use the previous information. 

I am unable to locate or remove the LINKS.
How to findout LINKS.
Please help
