Custom menu

I know this has probably been addressed somewhere on this board. Is there an example of a custom menu that will load at time of opening the file. I need one so I can load some instructions. Thanks in advance.

Do you want to add a menu to the Worksheet Menu Bar or do you want to make you own toolbar?

Yeah I use the same thing. Much easier than hard coding everything for the menu.
