The attached image shows issues I face with the data section of a Pivot table. The data is calculating stats for cities by year and defaults to showing all stats. If I set to only display 1 or 2 stats, there appears to be no way I can get back the original categories, short of going to Edit/Undo. Is there not a way to preserve these. Stan
